9月 30日 受診時の英語対応について

２０２６年１０月より当院の受診歴のない、外国語（英語のみ）対応の方は以下の通りに加算を頂戴する方針といたします。診療内容の説明や確認に対し院長の英語対応や、受付での翻訳アプリ、ツールを用いた場合にご負担頂きます。これは、患者さんにできる限り正確で安全な医療を提供するための対応としてお願いするものです。なお、電話対応は日本語対応のみとなります。受診歴のある方は今まで通りのご対応となります。ご理解をよろしくお願いいたします。

初診時　３３００円
再診時　１１００円

保険診療に際しては自費診療としてご負担いただきます。

Effective October 2026, we will apply an additional fee for patients who have no prior history of visiting our clinic and require assistance in a foreign language (English only). This fee applies when the Clinic Director provides explanations in English, or when reception staff use translation apps or tools to facilitate communication regarding medical care. We implement this measure to ensure the provision of accurate and safe medical care. Please note that telephone support is available only in Japanese. We appreciate your understanding.

Initial consultation: 3,300 yen
Follow-up consultation: 1,100 yen

This fee is charged as a self-pay expense, separate from standard insurance-covered medical services.
